An experienced Dealer required for a dynamic Investment Management house based in Edinburgh. My client has an excellent reputation for offering its employers a competitive package, a great work life balance and excellent training and development opportunities.

The Dealing Officer will be part of a small Retail Dealing Team responsible for all communications, processing telephone and written orders within designated time scales and agreed service standard.

As a Dealing Officer you will be responsible for handling Onshore and Offshore dealing orders as well as ensuring all associated processing takes place. You will also be liaising with internal and external clients regarding dealing queries and problems, coupled with setting up and authorising new clients.

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in investment administration coupled with an IAQ Merit or equivalent experience. You will possess a good understanding of all the activities associated with dealing functions for Onshore and Offshore OEIC's and other retail investments products coupled with a solid working knowledge and understanding of Third Party Administrators systems. An understanding and working experience in Settlements Systems - Clearstream/Euroclear would be highly desirable.
