Escrow Transaction Manager - Docklands


An Escrow Transaction Manager is sought by a highly eminent corporate & investment bank, based in London's Docklands.


The purpose of the role is to manage escrow and account bank transactions reporting to the escrow team leader and deputy.


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:-


- Managing client transactions through review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation

- Attending deal reviews where applicable

- Ensuring all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closures

- Ensuring accurate and timely set up and ongoing maintenance of transactions.

- Creating a documentation file and chase for outstanding documents/agreements, ensuring operations receive documents in a timely manner.



Corporate trust knowledge and experience in review and negotiation of legal documentation are required for this role, along with strong transaction management, negotiation and communication skills.
