Our Client is a global supply-side organisation with an excellent reputation in delivering Global and Pan European integrated FM solutions to some of the biggest branded organisations worldwide.

This role will report to the COO and be responsible for running a number of major blue chip client accounts - delivering integrated Property and FM solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned CRE professional with strengths in Corporate real estate activities. Alternatively, you may be working for a service provider and have a background in integrated Property and FM solutions and looking to join a business that can offer an unrivalled career path.

All candidates must have a demonstrable track record in Corporate Real estate outsourcing - either from a supply side or end user perspective. European/International experience is essential, as is the ability to manage high level client relationships (board level) and commercially manage P&L across a number of sizeable accounts. A wider understanding of CRE is critical as you will form strong alliances with colleagues in other service lines - including transactions, project management, consulting and estates management.
