Globally successful Insurance Brokers requires a Finance Manager to work in there UK Finance department. This opportunity would be very hands on and varied and the ideal candidate will be looking for a role that will allow them to be 1 on 1 with the business.

The Finance Manager would be involved in preparing/agreeing business plans, handling expenditure budgets, monitoring performance against budget to identify variances, handling issues relating to under performance/budget standards, liaise/reporting across all offices, Liaising with Europe in terms of financial issues, oversee all management accounting/treasury/statutory accounting issue, ensure that business financial objectives division are communicated and manage the day to day tasks of the finance team.

The suitable candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent. A background in the Insurance industry or Financial services is essential.
