A performance analyst is required for the fixed income department of a premier global asset management house. The role is based in London.


The key responsibilities of the performance analyst will be to calculate and analyse performance returns of internal and external funds. The performance analyst will undertake ad hoc tasks, challenge and develop working practices, processes, procedures and enhance overall presentation of reporting to clients.


The performance analyst will be responsible for the production, analysis and reporting of both manually calculated and systems generated performance and attribution calculations.


Solid academic qualifications, and evidence of pursuing additional qualifications (such as CFA) are highly desirable. Solid experience of performance measurement calculation and reporting gained in a fund management company is essential. The ideal candidate will desirable demonstrate knowledge of derivative instruments, and their portfolio effect.
