This pre-eminent investment bank as one of the world's leading wealth management, capital markets and advisory companies, with offices in 40 countries and territories requires the services of an experienced results and standards driven Credit Derivatives Client Services Specialist.

The Client Services teams are responsible for verbal confirmation of trades, settlement approval, post settlement reconciliation and dealing with general client queries. The Trading Desks supported cover a wide range of the products within GMI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


*To confirm all new deal activity with clients and manage the approval and reconciliation of all payments and receipts both pre and post settlement for Derivative products.
*Interaction with Trade Support, Product Control and the Sales and Trading Desks to manage daily queries raised by these and other Departments.
*Taking full ownership of issues and ensure they are correctly and efficiently resolved.
*Be involved in process initiatives and projects


You have a strong knowledge of Credit Derivative products gained from a previous role within the Investment banking sector. You will ideally having experience of confirmations. You must be a strong communicator both written, verbal and possess a strong ability to ti discuss complex issues at all levels.
