Receptionist - City - £20k + Benefits
An experienced Receptionist is required for a large Banking company based in there busy yet corporate offices in the City. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a team on the main Reception area. You will provide a first class service, be very professional, polite and make sure the Reception area run's smoothly.
Main task and responsibilities:
Managing the switchboard, screening calls and taking messages
Meeting, greeting and arranging security cards of visitors
Managing the franking post, couriers, and daily mail
Booking taxis, couriers, business lunches
Managing office and kitchen supplies and refilling accordingly
Booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings
Copying, faxing, binding and scanning documents
Scanning business cards
Other ad hoc administrative work
