A Client Services Manager with man-management experience is sought by a prestigious provider of hedge funds and financial services.


The overall purpose of this challenging and responsible role is to provide superior quality service to clients and the firm by ensuring client service related operations are effective and controlled in line with industry standards, compliance and regulatory procedures.


Key responsibilities will focus on managing output: you will adhere to agreed service standards and design & implement improved operating process. You will be managing relationships with clients and outsource service providers. You will also perform monthly KPI reviews and lead the key account relationship management process


For this position, we seek candidates with good academic and/or professional qualifications. Proven senior investment management experience in a financial services environment is essential, and the candidate will be certified FSA. Extensive in depth experience of fund valuation and outsource relationships will hold the candidate in good stead.
