This excellent opportunity has arisen for a recruiter officer to join this well known financial services group. With a strong brand presence in the UK you will be assisting with the recruitment for a well respected client group. This role is a mixture of recruitment and resourcing top talent, working very closely with the HR Manager you will be establish requirements, track CV's, conduct competency based interviews, liaise with agencies and produce all the related paper work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of having recruited at senior level, be able to produce recruitment reports and proven effective client relationship and internal consultancy skills.
