Temp to Perm
£10 - £12 per hour

This excellent opportunity for a Customer Services Clerk has arisen within a highly respected Stock Brokers based in the Docklands. As a Customer Service Clerk you will be building client relationships, introducing new clients and resolving any queries. As part of the Customer Service team you will be required to 'think outside the box' and to maintain a high level of customer care.

With a strong brand and presence in Europe and having grown rapidly (mainly through acquisition) since its formation this Customer Services role has a lot to offer for your career.

Main Responsibilities include:
-Contacting prospective customers via telephone to convert them into registered customers by following up on leads that have been provided
- Contacting existing customers who have discontinued using the service in order to understand the reasons for this and reactivate the accounts
- Provide relevant feedback to Managers regarding customer accounts
- Follow up and resolve complex queries
- Capture update and analyse customer information through contact management systems
- Ensure all client accounts adhere with FSA and company regulations

Skills required:
- Experience working in a telephone based customer service environment
- Experience with outbound telesales experience with excellent telephone skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Required to work shifts
