A Compliance Officer is required by a premier, brand-named, and highly respected global invesment manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the senior manager with monitoring the activities of the fund manager in all aspects of compliance with the financial services handbook of rules and guidance, the Financial Services and Market Act 2000 and the OEIC Regulations 2001.

As part of the overall team, the candidate will ensure that the bank's position as trustee/depositary is protected and that the client receives a high level of service which is commensurate with agreed service level standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience and exposure to most or all of the following: relationship management; fund valuation and dealing; investment fund knowledge; fsa regulations; and in house systems/processes & external proprietary systems.
