Our client is a leading European Bank and they requires a Management Accountant. Our client provides services to companies, institutional investors and high net worth individuals. The services include Investment Banking, Capital Markets Services, Treasury Services, Asset Management and comprehensive Wealth Management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant to join the Group Management Accountant in the Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Planning for the group.

This company has been one of the fasted growing financial groups in Europe. There expansion achieved through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

This role will see you ensure the costs for Central Services are booked correctly and investigate any variances against budgets/forecasts.

Preparation and development of monthly Central Services reporting pack highlighting and explaining variances.

Prepare and distribute monthly Central service reports to managers with relevant analysis - acting as business.

Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle for the central services area with minimal supervision.

Liaise with the relevant heads of department for provision of information.

Prepare and enter journal entries to the Agresso general ledger, maintain reconciliation for responsible accounts following up any issues.

Development of a headcount model for accurate reporting.

Participate in projects as required.

Assist in the preparation of the monthly CEO reporting pack.

Assist the Group Management Accountant as required.

You will ideally have experience of Management Accounting in an banking/asset management environment, Part Qualified or Qualified accountant, ability to take ownership and provide financial support for Central Services and provide financial support to the Project Management Office.
