Our Client is a leading financial services organisation with a prestigious portfolio of buildings requiring a 5* FM service. This role will focus on soft service FM delivery - primarily front of house, catering and concierge services. The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills, experience in both in-house and outsourced FM delivery. A good understanding of catering and front of house FM services is key.

A natural change manager - you will excel at high level senior management engagement - able to influence, shape, understand and implement a level of service that exceeds expectations. Candidates will have strong budgetary management skills, able to work with a pier group of FM professionals and be committed to developing, motivating and inspiring a large team of in-house and outsourced professionals.
