This renowned international investment bank with culture centered on transparency, respect and providing a first class client service is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support with a Fixed Income background.

This roles is to predominately support and resolve pre-settlement and post-settlement trade queries. Facilitate the timely and accurate booking of trades to ensure timely delivery of client confirmations. You will also have unlimited interaction with internal sales, settlements teams , external clients and settlement agents.

To be a success in this cutting edge role you must have an in depth knowledge of the " 'Life Cycle of a Trade" and of Fixed Income fails process. Also as a prerequisite you will also need to have a strong understanding of different types of settlement processes - Euroclear , European domestic systems, US DTC and Fed Wire. Although this role is not settlements, but you need this understanding.
