A client services associate is required for a prominent provider of financial services and spreadbetting.
Based in London, the overall purpose of the role is to provide a quality telephone service to all clients both incoming and outgoing, and respond to general account queries and requests for information.
Responsibilities will be to answer inbound telephone calls from clients and deal with any enquiries and requests they may have. You will deal with and process client payments and refund requests, as well as answer clients e-mails enquiries, correspondence and communicate via an instant messaging system.
Experience in a customer service environment is required for this role. Spanish or German speakers would be advantageous, as would experience in dealing with databases.
