A Client Relationship Manager is required by a leading international fund manager, managing assets for institutional and private clients around the world.


The Client Relationship Managers are allocated a portfolio of clients and are responsible for the day-to-day servicing needs of those clients. The client relationship managers support the client directors in their respective teams who are responsible for the overall client relationship and development.


The client manager is intended to be the primary contact for the client's pensions manager, administrators and junior investment consultants. This role will include:

- Written and verbal responses to clients' and consultants' day-to-day enquiries

- Production of presentation materials for trustee meetings

- Writing of client quarterly and annual reports and participation in client meetings where appropriate


The client relationship manager role requires broad understanding of the firm's investment products and systems and a solid grounding in all aspects of risk management as it relates to the role in order to minimise risk of operating errors. These areas of knowledge will be developed appropriately depending on candidate's previous experience
