Organisational Development Manager

45,000 to 50,000 plus benefits plus bonus

This role requires significant OD experience - specifically around culture change programmes,
gained in house within a large blue chip environment.

This is a management role responsible for core aspects of the Group's Organisational Development Strategy. This role diagnoses, designs, delivers and evaluates the strategies, policies, products, systems, infrastructure, capability and processes to enable achievement of key business strategies through effective Organisational Development. (includes Performance Management, Change Management, Organisational diagnostics, design and development, Group and Team Development). The Organisational Development Team supports Business Facing HR and OD teams through advice, consultancy and partnership in delivery to the business.

Role:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, policies, processes and solutions appropriate to a global blue chip organisation for Organisational Development
- Manage core aspects of the total portfolio of Group Organisational Development products, services, policies and processes
- Manage delivery of core aspects of the Group Organisational Development strategy through effective engagement with senior divisional and regional stakeholders and appropriate programme governance and management
- Strategically influence the implementation of the Group Organisational Development strategy through effective relationships with senior business and HR roles
- Ensure effective Organisational Development takes place through appropriate diagnostics, design, implementation and evaluation
- Ensure appropriate balance of Group/local governance is in place to drive best value for the group across all Group Organisational Development activity
- Work with Regional and Divisional resources working on Organisational Development activity across the Group to ensure common standards, consistency and focus where appropriate
- Support the strategic sourcing agenda for Organisational Development to ensure maximum value is created for the shareholder, customer and employees through the development and maintenance of the Organisational Development PSL
- Continually innovate and improve the Group Organisational Development provision to drive value for share holders, customers and employees
- Contribute to the overall Organisational Development strategy as part of the team
- Personally carry out Organisational Development assignments across senior and Executive levels

Person:

- Experience of Organisational Development gained in global blue chip organisation
- Relevant degree or equivalent in social sciences or related subject, post graduate education or equivalent in Change or organisation design
