A rare and prestigious opportunity for a Portfolio Control & Analysis Technical Specialist has arisen within this top tier Investment Bank and Asset Manager firm. You will be responsible for all aspects of portfolio control, accounting, cash management and client reporting. Our client provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high-net-worth individuals.

The key responsibilities for the Portfolio Control & Analysis Technical Specialist include:
-Providing Portfolio Managers and Traders with accurate information to support investment
activities.
-Problem solving capability for complex accounting, cash management, performance and
portfolio issues.
-Providing oversight of the accounting and reconciliation functions performed in offshore
locations.
-Monitoring and manage standards, procedures and controls for managing the various
processing flows.
-Undertaking extensive investigation and analysis for internal and external counterparties.
-Responding to client inquiries and committing to deliverables, where this is appropriate.
-Seeking and implementing automated solutions to manual processes.
-Contributing to the development of methods to improve processes or increase control.
-Assisting in the creation of technical training and leading training for others.

The successful candidate should be a qualified accountant with asset management and control experience. You should also possesses a good understanding of client types, relevant markets, products, processes, regulations and systems required to achieve business objectives.
