Compensation and Benefits Team Leader
Leading Blue Chip
30,000-35,000 plus benefits

Manage key Remuneration and Benefits projects across the customer base and the commercial processes within the Remuneration and Benefits team.

Role:

- Manage the development of the pay review and bonus application on internal systems
- Manage the annual pay and bonus process through the team
- Manage commercial and other internal processes to the team to ensure accurate management information
- Run major project activities on behalf of customers as required.

Person:

- Experience of leading business unit projects and co-ordinating associated resources within Remuneration and Benefits activities.
- Knowledge of the Remuneration and Benefits approaches and the market place
- Team management experience
