Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Leading Blue Chip
40,000 to 45,000 plus benefits

Role:

- Manage compensation and benefits activity and deliver commitments to the customer in line with agreed plans and to the standard defined in the relevant Service Specification or definition
- Provide support to Corporate projects and work with the compensation and benefits team and broader HR team to ensure successful delivery as agreed with the customer
- Provide support and advice within the compensation and benefits team, wider business and the customer base on compensation and benefits systems operation and policy within the HR customer base
- Work within the compensation and benefits team on continuous improvement of processes, service standards and customer relationships

Person:

- Experience of leading business unit projects and co-ordinating associated resources within compensation and benefits activities.
- Knowledge of the compensation and benefits approaches and the market place
