This pre-eminent investment bank as one of the world's leading wealth management, capital markets and advisory companies, with offices in 40 countries and territories requires the services of an ambitious and highly presentable Client Services Representative with an experienced background working in prime brokerage.

This exciting role will see you become a major part of a growth area in the business which encompasses the attention of global senior management being one of the main growth areas of the industry. The teams are separated into relevant sections comprising of Professional trading Team / Hedge Fund Teams and Synthetics Team. Each team comprises of 6-8 people who report into a Team Leader for escalation of issues and cross training.

Other Key Responsibilities:

*Main point of contact for the firm's clients.
*Provide a premium client service and deal with all Client queries.
*Managing relationships between clients which include hedge funds and non-self clearing exchange members.
*Directly interacting with Clients on a daily basis, you will be the main point of contact on all operational relationship issues and will act as Client advocate within the firm to ensure all clients' needs are met.

To apply for this role you will have at least 2 years financial markets experience with a an excellent understanding of the following products Equities/Convertible Bonds/Corporate Bonds/Government Bonds/Repo's/Stock Loan/Swaps/Options/OTC/FX/Futures and Corporate Actions. You will also need a basic knowledge of Margin & Risk Policies, Client Money Protection, Funding and Rehypothecation.
