A Global Custodian based in Docklands are looking for a Transitions Co-ordinator to join the organisation. This company specialise in providing asset servicing solutions and asset management to both institutional and personal clients. The delivery and services to this client base is supported through a network of offices around the globe.

The Transfers Between accounts team within the Transitions Group is responsible for the successful and efficient movement of client portfolios either internally between existing accounts or externally in respect of in-specie investments into fund vehicles. As a client driven process, the team is responsible for the successful and timely delivery of Restructure and activity to a high level of client satisfaction.

As the Transitions Co-ordinator your main duties will be;

-Responsible for the timely and accurate loading of securities and cash to Fundmaster
-Participation in Transition planning/preparation meetings as required.
-Reconcilement of clients' portfolios
-Cash and stock reconciliations - monitoring and clearing own entries.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within transitions gained within Financial Services.
