An International provider of Banking and Insurance services are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Assistant to join their HR team immediately.
The Compensation and Benefits Assistant will assist with flexible benefits scheme, helping with invoicing queries and ad hoc reporting, processing invoices, posting journals where appropriate, monitoring reconciliations to finance system, assistance with payroll, assistance with significant amount of reporting - excel skills vital and the budgeting process.
The ideal candidate will have similar experience gained within a corporate environment and be available for an immediate start.
