Joslin Rowe's client, a leading professional consultancy firm, has an opening for an experienced Office Administrator to join the Edinburgh Based team.

This Office Administrator role is required to support Consultants and Directors based in Edinburgh and some other areas throughout the UK. The main duties for this position will include :

* Administrational tasks including typing, presentations using PowerPoint, mail outs
* Keeping the inhouse databases up to date with contacts and various details
* Ensuring scheme records and client reference files are up to date
* Assisting with all aspects of Meetings including Agenda packs, Meeting papers, action points
* Assist with client invoicing
* Other ad hoc tasks as required

This Office Administration position will be dealing with important documents and figures, therefore the successful candidate must be highly numerate, with an excellent attention to detail, together with being highly self motivated with excellent communication skills and telephone manner. The ability to work well within a team, multitask and prioritise is also necessary in this busy role.

Candidates will also require to be proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and have the ability to pick up new systems and procedures quickly and efficiently.
