An exchange traded derivatives clearing clerk is sought by one of the world's largest and best-known international investment banks.
Based in the London Docklands, the exchange traded derivatives clearing team is responsible for the clearing of all exchange traded derivatives business executed on the European exchanges.
Job responsibilities will revolve around liaison with brokers and customers (internal and external) handling all incoming and outgoing enquiries. You will have responsibility for problem investigation and resolution on position breaks and trade disputes, as well as trade acceptance on the matching systems.
Experience & product knowledge in exchange traded derivatives clearing is essential for this role. You will have solid market experience in systems such as Liffe, Eurex, Euronext etc. and an understanding of downstream systems. We seek professional candidates with a proactive mindset, who demonstrate drive to get improvements implemented.
