A rare & prestigious opportunity for a Tax Accountant has arisen within this highly respected Top Tier firm. Our client is an employee-owned wealth management, capital markets, asset management and private equity firm. They have grown into an international financial services firm recognized for the quality advice and service they provide to their clients. With offices in the United States, Europe and Asia, they bring a global perspective and deep expertise to serving clients.

The key responsibilities for the Tax Accountant include:
-Responsible for preparation and submission of Corporation Tax computations for all statutory
entities in the Group, and dealing with related claims
-Maintain UK transfer pricing file and liaise with US on any US/UK transfer pricing issues
-Reviewing and advising on the tax balances at year end and liaison with auditors
-Preparing statutory accounts for Private Equity and Group entities as required
-Review of Private Equity management accounting, ensuring that month end accounting for PE is
posted in a timely manner and that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled
-Co-ordination of the Private Equity annual budget process and mid year forecasts, including
submission to Peoplesoft system

The successful candidate would have proven experience in Tax Consultancy from within Financial Services firms - ideally the Investment Management of Private Equity industry.
