A Fund Administrator is required for a leading international investment bank.


Based in London, the fund administrator will be a full-time administrative function and will help position the new energy & technology service as a smoothly functioning venture capital fund that will mirror the structures of a completely independent venture capital firm.


More specifically this person will also act as an executive assistant for the director. This includes assistance in managing the director's diary and email.


The fund administrator should ideally have experience with a private equity house or venture capital firm and proven ability in establishing and managing systems for the effective and efficient operations for:

- Financial management

- Deal flow and deal pipeline

- Deal execution and due diligence processes

- Portfolio management and information reporting to investors

- Contacts

- Sector specific data

- Contracts and legal
