Exchange Traded Derivatives: Account Management Group

£20.00 - 23.00 Per Hour

This renowned international investment bank with an outstanding reputation worldwide is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Exchange Traded Derivatives: Account Management Group analyst.

The Account Management Group support the clearing and processing of a $1 Billion business for all futures and options contracts across 20 plus European Listed Derivative Exchanges. You will become a part of the Account Management Group (AMG), which consists of 14 people who provide Client support to a wide variety of external clients who execute on approximately the 20, plus European Listed Derivatives Exchanges.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

* Margining of clients futures accounts to cover daily Variation Margin and Initial Margin movements.
* Expiry and delivery notification management ensuring clients are fully aware of positions and risk.
* Day-to-day query, resolution from both internal and external parties & point of contact for any escalation issues.
* Resolution of trade breaks between the firm and the client.
*Route cause analysis of re-occurring problems.
* Client and Business relationship management.
* Periodic client visits.
* Training of clients on enhancements.
* Project interaction and management.

To be successful in this role you will need to have proven skills in process improvements identification and implementation. You should be someone who has Client interaction skills, with live examples of how to build and nurture relationships. You will have an excellent working background in equity-traded derivatives.

You will be analytical and have good troubleshooting skills as well as able to work creatively in a problem-solving environment. Ideally you will posses a strong ability to understand and assimilate technical product and systems information in a methodical and accelerated manner.
