This renowned international investment bank with culture centered on transparency, respect and providing a first class client service is looking for an Middle Office Analyst with working knowledge of swaps and bonds.

This role is within the Middle Office area of TMG (team of 9) and is a dynamic role requiring both attention to detail and the ability to understand the unique issues that arise when dealing with SPVs. The role involves the trade capture of the new deals and also dealing with the ongoing deal maintenance of a portfolio of over 1,400 structures. Some of these structures are complex and the issues that arise would suit someone who is used to problem solving.

Main Responsibilities:

*Trade Capture and enrichment of the London, New York, Tokyo and Singapore deals
*Pricing the packages and sending the PVs to BAC for independent verification
*Dealing with queries arising from Counterparties, BAC, Front Office, Legal, Settlements etc
*Ongoing active management of live structure population including acting on corporate actions and trade events
*Various internal reconciliations and controls to ensure that bookings are accurate, complete and that we remain risk flat both NPV wise and in terms of default exposure
*Dealing with amortising bonds/notes
*Dealing with non bond form collateral
*Performing role of Calculation Agent
*Reviewing the packages including the bookings, documentation and system feeds
*Running the end of day processes and controls
*Dealing with cash breaks
*Ad-hoc projects; UAT testing

This is a varied and interesting role that would allow you to show your flexibility. Must have's for this role include but are not limited to, you have working knowledge of Swaps, Bonds, Summit, Bloomberg as well as a good knowledge of Custody, Euro-Clear, Clear stream, DTC procedures and Settlements.
