A Project Delivery/Business Relationship Manager is required for one of the world's leading investment banks.


Based in London, a position is available for a candidate within securities operations in London to deliver business driven solutions and act as B usiness R elationship M anager for cash equities.


The key responsibilities required to perform this role successfully are :

- To build successful working relationships with the various equity businesses and their business managers acting as the business relationship manager

- The ability to understand business requirements, manage new business initiatives, markets and resource needs

- To ensure that all internal and external client related issues, queries, and requests are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner and ensuring that preventative measures are taken to avoid recurrences.


Strong commercial and product knowledge is required in the post trade services space, with MTF product knowledge very desirable. We seek candidates with relevant people management and equity operations experience, including recruitment, motivation, development, outsourcing etc. Experience of managing vendors and outsourced service providers to deliver improved services is also required.
