Experienced Income Administrators required for a leading corporate and investment bank based in Edinburgh. As an Income Administrator you will work with a small team responsible for the daily analysis, investigation & processing of the Income/Dividend Process for relevant investment funds. This role will report to the Team Leader.

As an Income Administrator specific duties will include:

-Identifying, investigating and analysing of the cash Dividend/Income process.
-Work closely with clients to provide them with timely, clear and concise information on Dividends affecting their portfolios.
-Analysis and understanding of corporate action impact on fund accounting and custody records especially the interaction between the Data and NAV teams
-Take part in the quarterly risk and control self-assessment across the team
-Analysis and understanding of the Dividend/Income process impact on fund accounting and custody records as well as other teams and processes.
-Liasing with other teams to provide information on Dividends & Corporate Actions
-Develop understanding of the entire Corporate Action process end to end
-Looking at ways to improve the process, make it more efficient and automated. Opportunity to own a small project and work with management to ensure delivery of the project.

To be considered for this role you will have experience within Income/Dividened or Corporate actions. Ideally you will have or be working towards your IAQ or wish to complete this qualifications.
