An experienced Corporate Actions Team Leader required for a leading Fund Service organisation who is renowned for offering candidates a competitive package and a diverse range of career opportunities.

As a Corporate Actions Team Leader you will be responsible for a small team of 8 people and will report to the Section Manager. This is an outstanding, varied opportunity that will allow you to manage the day to day work flow, guide the team through new systems and work on and manage targeted projects within the team.

Specific duties will include:

-Supervise the identifying, investigating and analysing of corporate actions.
-Work closely with clients to provide them with timely, clear and concise information on corporate actions affecting their portfolios.
-Analysis and understanding of corporate action impact on fund accounting and custody records especially the interaction between the Data and NAV teams -Supervising of analysis and helping with understanding of legal documentation relating to investments
-Supervising the monitoring the settlement of all corporate actions.
-Manage daily work flow of team members within strict deadlines and time driven goals.
-Represent the team in key managerial or client meetings
-Support the Section manager with day to day management of the team and cover for the SM in time.

To be considered for the role of Corporate Actions Team Leader you should be experienced within Corporate actions processing but Team Leaders from Fund Admin backgrounds will also be considered who have a sound working knowledge of custody operations. It is essential that you have the knowledge of corporate actions impact on fund pricing. You should have settlement knowledge in relation to all overseas and UK corporate actions and have experience in using Bloomberg/ FTID / EDI. Ideally candidates will hold their IAQ.
