This renowned international investment bank with culture centered on transparency, respect and providing a first class client service is looking for an Sales Support with a strong Equity Derivatives background.

The GME Transaction Management Group (TMG) is a newly formed team replacing what was previously the Middle Office group within Operations. The newly formed TMG team report directly into the Front Office.

The Sales Support team are responsible for facilitating the resolution to all equity related queries associated to a predefined number of marketers within Global Markets Equity (GME) business line.

*To provide support to specific GME marketers through diligent and proactive monitoring of a variety of control tools.
*To liaise with Front Office and Back Office as well as other TMG groups and External Clients to ensure that all queries and discrepancies are resolved in a timely and conscientious manner.
*To facilitate the adoption of clients in accordance with current Compliance and Credit guidelines
*To assist and chase the execution of ISDA negotiations
*To gain resolution to Initial Margin discrepancies
*To proactively look for ways to improve the control we already have in place and to make areas aware of mistakes being repeated.

You must have a an excellent knowledge of Derivative products (especially in understanding what they are, and how they are made up). You must also have a good working knowledge of the full front to back process for trade capture, documentation and settlement of derivative products. Ideally you will have previous experience of working with the FO, with the ability to explain and communicate well.
