Joining their expanding operations in Glasgow, this is an ideal opportunity for an established people manager with a background in banking, financial services or finance to demonstrate their proven skills in a demanding, challenging and fast paced environment where quality of service is the key.


Accountable for managing a team who have responsibility for providing an efficient administration service to a diverse client base, you will ensure that all communications and reporting are tailored according to the demands of the client and in line with regulatory obligations You will also ensure the quality of delivery in this area through acting as a referral and approval point which is key to the role. This is demanding environment where the role holder must overall manage the team to ensure that all enquiries are investigated and resolved within agreed SLAs.

As well as the close management of direct reports through a structured performance development plan there would also be the opportunity to assist in the creation and implementation of business change initiative and other non-routine tasks.


To be considered for this role, individuals should have the experience and ability to lead a team of up to 10 people and all associated HR tasks and control the management information relating to the team with the ability to interact and communicate with staff at all levels. You should also be flexible and professional under pressure and be able to work accurately to deadlines and committed to seeking new and innovative customer focused solutions.
