Team Secretary - City - London - £32k to £34k

An experienced Team Secretary is required for a leading financial organisation, based in the heart of the City.

This is a busy Team Secretary role and the successful candidate will be supporting a large team.

You must have good attention to detail skills and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. This is busy role that requires someone who can work well under pressure and meet deadlines when needed.

Main task and responsibilities:
Secretarial duties to a large team
Travel arrangements
Preparing new presentations
Organising conference calls and drafting meetings
Helping with the organisation of roadshows
Typing up expense claims
Greeting clients
Organising client meetings
Flexibility to work outside normal office hours

The successful Team Secretary should have proven experience of working within a similar industry.
