Employee Relations Advisor - City, London Up to £40,000.00

One of Americas largest privately held, full-service Investment firms based in the City have an excellent opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join immediately.

The Employee Relations Advisor will update and manage our ER case reporting, manage ER case load and HR relationships, provide first level support and guidance to management on performance / conduct issues, manage cases through an informal performance improvement process and as appropriate formal disciplinary process, manage and support the ER advisers on issues related to restructuring, administration support for other ER advisors on their disciplinary, grievance, and restructuring exercises, advise business managers and HR colleagues on ER policy interpretation and application.
You will ideally have solid foundation in either a generalist or specifically ER gained within a Banking or Corporate Environment.
