Payroll Accountant- London, West End - 6-9 Month Contract

A leading Banking organisation based in the West-End is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee a team of six on a six to nine month contract. The role ideal for someone with solid experience of running a monthly payroll in a large blue chip environment, previous supervisory experience would also be an advantage.

The role
- Overall responsibility for managing payroll activity supervising two monthly payrolls
- Supervise a team of six
- Ensure compliance with all UK legislation within payroll
- Responsible for completing all statutory returns
- Complete annual returns of P11d and PSA
- Manage relationship with external payroll provider

Experience required
- Understanding of complete payroll process
- Previous experience in Financial Service or a blue-chip environment is an advantage
- Familiar with running multiple pay group and payrolls
- IPPM qualification would also be an advantage
