A Credit Derivative Documentation Business Analyst/Project Manager is required for one of the largest and best-known investment banks in the world.


Based in London, Derivative Operations are responsible for processing derivative products for the global rates, global credit trading and global market equity business. Overall, derivative operations is responsible for confirmation management (drafting, chasing, reviewing, negotiating and tracking and reporting) and managing the pre and post trade settlement process.


The applicant will be specifically recruited to perform 3 key roles in credit derivatives documentation change:
- Perform business analysis for small and large changes driven by user needs and market initiatives;
- Support a large programme of work (e.g. roll out of a strategic tool)
- Independently manage a portfolio of multiple projects, covering the entire lifecycle


Excellent front to back knowledge of the credit derivatives product lifecycle (trading through to confirmation and settlement) with focus on documentation is essential for this role. You will have had exposure to DTCC confirmation products, and experience with working in project or run-the-bank environment in multiple global sites. Prior OTC derivative documentation line experience is preferred.
