Position: Client Reporting Assistant - Edinburgh, City Centre
Rate: £9.00 - £12.00 per hour

A Client Reporting Assistant is currently being sourced by one of Edinburgh's leading Investment Management firms. The Client Reporting Assistant will be required to produce a range of reports and literature within agreed timescales and to high quality standards in order to support the institutional segregated, pooled and retail funds business, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines at all times. The Client Reporting Assistant may also be required to assist in the production of new business, existing client and consultant presentations for the Client Fund Managers.

Responsibilities of the Client Reporting Assistant:

- Report preparation and production
- Production of presentations
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of departments throughout the company in order to effectively pull together the information required
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement in the fund reporting process

Background of the Client Reporting Assistant:

- Knowledge on the following operating systems/software is desirable; Access, Word, Excel and Power Point. TAP, IR and Quark skills/knowledge would be advantageous, although training could be provided
- Attention to detail required for proof reading and quality checking of reports
- Good Market/product knowledge

This is a temp, possible temp - perm role for a Client Reporting Assistant paying £9.00 - £12.00 per hour. This is a Monday - Friday role.
