An excellent opportunity for a Recruitment has arisen at a Leading Global Retail Bank based in the Docklands to start immediately.

The Recruitment Assistant will help source and interview candidates for the Global Infrastructure, work with Senior HR Officer/HR Manager to continually improve the quality of recruits for Global Infrastructure, assist the Senior HR Officer in the ongoing maintenance of the resourcing process, collation (HR element), review and tracking of E-Approvals/In principle approvals, administration of referral and direct applications, liaise with the transaction team regarding new joiners i.e. requesting staff Ids, outstanding references, escalation of issues, liaise with PSL agencies as appropriate, collate live openings and send out to agencies weekly, ensure interview logistics are carried out, assist Senior HR Officer/HR Manager with administrative tasks associated with resourcing campaigns for Global Infrastructure and Ad-hoc tasks as required.

You will have similar experience gained within a corporate or Banking environment and be available for an immediate start.
