A technical solutions group analyst is required for a leading global financial services firm, providing financial services for consumers, small business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset and wealth management, and private equity.


The role is for a fluent French speakers (German would also be beneficial), and is based in London.


Your key responsibilities, as a successful technical solutions group analyst, will be to provide telephone hotline support and email enquiry support to the bank's customers. You will liaise with other areas of the bank to resolve customer queries, and provide training to electronic banking clients via phone, interweb, or on-site.


The successful candidate will be a customer focused individual with banking experience, and superb French language skills (both written and oral). The role demands a strong team player, keen to learn with excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of general banking operations.
