Fantastic opportunity to join this leading organisation as a Compliance Monitoring Manager dealing with the activities of the Marketing Division.

Key Responsibilities for the role of Compliance Monitoring Manager:

Managing the team of three consultants who undertake the compliance monitoring and reporting of the activities of the Marketing Division.
Devising and delivering the monitoring plan in relation to Marketing, ensuring that regulatory changes are implemented and monitored.
Providing monthly reporting to senior management on regulatory issues within Marketing.
Liaising with the business to ensure that regulatory requirements are understood and providing high quality support and guidance by giving regulatory advice to the business area.
You will be responsible for undertaking staff development and performance management of this team.
Providing guidance to line department ensuring they have a clear understanding of the regulations impacting their department and processes for ensuring compliance with the regulations.
Providing high quality reporting at all levels.
Regular liaison with management and senior management of Marketing Division and Compliance areas.

Key skills required for the role of Compliance Monitoring Manager:

Marketing Compliance experience.
Good knowledge of FSA regulations
Management experience or Senior Consultant experience.
