An exceptional PA is required by an investment house to undertake a week to week assignment commencing mid July 08. This organisation is highly regarded within Edinburgh and offers a great opportunity for a PA looking to undertake work within financial services. As PA you will join an established team and provide daily support to several senior managers within an investment team.

Key duties of the PA will include diary management, organising travel/meetings/accommodation, coordination of internal/external events, expense management, production of presentation reports, fielding calls and any other ad hoc tasks. It is essential that as a PA you have previously worked as a PA supporting at senior management level within financial services and are an expert user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. In addition you must be able to work well under pressure and are flexible with the hours you work. Please note this assignment is subject to candidates passing a credit history check.
