INSURANCE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - WARM DESK

Overview:
This is a rare opportunity to join an established team of specialist recruiters in the General Insurance sector. You will pick up a warm desk and a portfolio of prestigious insurance clients and candidates within the insurance broking sector and, using your extensive recruitment experience, develop it further.

Experience required:
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in insurance recruitment in the city and have experience of building and maintaining relationships with large, international organisations within the insurance and financial services sector. You will have a solid history of billing in excess of target and have experienced the entire client and candidate recruitment life-cycle at a senior level including winning new business, servicing PSL relationships and working exclusively on high level positions. Ideally, you will have achieved promotion to senior consultant in your current role and be able to lead by example, mentor and coach more junior team members and provide strategic guidance to the rest of the team.
