A Compliance Manager is required for the UK's leading wealth manager, serving affluent, high net worth and intermediary clients worldwide, providing international and private banking, fiduciary services, investment management and brokerage.

The purpose of this high-calibre role will be to take responsibility for the successful delivery of business solutions and compliance input to the firm's product take-on and management policies and processes.

New product proposals have increased in both terms of volume and complexity, therefore additional and more widely-skilled product compliance resources are required to handle the additional workload.

The role holder will be responsible for assessing and providing formal compliance input into new product propositions generally, but particularly for balance sheet (deposit/credit/FX) and structured product activity for private client activity and the relevant approval processes.

Significant practical experience gained in a wealth management or private banking environment is essential. Excellent expertise in banking (e.g. day-to-day banking, UK & international mortgages, investment leverage, financial guarantees, aircraft & marine finance etc.) and structured products (e.g. linked to equity indices, single & basket of stocks, currencies, interest rates, commodities, funds and credit etc.) are also required.
