A Business Continuity Analyst is required for one of the largest publicly traded global asset management firms in the world, providing diversified, global investment management services that include growth and value equities, style blend and fixed income services to institutional, international high net worth and retail clients.


Based in London, your responsibilities will focus on ensuring the EMEA businesses has effective, up to date business capabilities & plans. Working with business continuity coordinators through the life-cycle, you will ensure their areas implement effective plans and are understood by staff.


The candidate will have had experience of coaching business representatives through the plan deployment process and into the maintenance and testing phase and have facilitated tests, both table-top and technical recovery tests.


Solid experience working with business continuity or disaster recovery in a major organization is required for this role. We seek candidates with solid experience in the business world, ideally in an investment management or banking environment.
