Senior Specialist, Corporate Actions - City - £25ph

This excellent opportunity for Corporate Actions Clerk has arisen within a highly respected Asset Management company.

This established Asset Manager has headquarters in the US, $1.1 trillion under management & offices in 34 countries worldwide - they provide a comprehensive range of financial services.

The corporate actions team are responsible for processing Mandatory and Voluntary corporate events in respect of stock held. This is to be achieved by ensuring that all work is processed in accordance with procedures and within the agreed target dates and times. Team targets of both timeliness and quality is to be observed and achieved.

Daily tasks will involve:

- Corporate actions posting/ processing
- Dealing with proxy voting requests
- Placing, underwriting and IPO processing
- Tracking, posting entries to books & records, claims processing and risk management.
- Notify Fund Managers of all corporate actions decisions required to timely deadlines
- Record Fund Managers decisions in the Corporate Actions Scheduler

You will ideally have strong experience of Corporate Actions within a large organisation and be looking to make your mark in a challenging, yet rewarding environment.
