Private Wealth Management - Fund Services Manager - Jersey



Our client is the UK's leading private wealth manager and they have a position available for a fund services manager within their offices in Jersey.



The fund services manager will take direct managerial responsibility for day to day control of the fund services administration team in jersey, ensuring that a first class service is provided to clients.



Core accountabilities focus on performance management: you will develop key performance measures to improve operational and commercial efficiency. You will drive continuous improvement and business excellence by coaching and motivating teams.



You will also have initial direct responsibility for junior fund administrators and fund accountants. This role may expand as the team grows, including further fund accounting growth.



The candidate will have funds experience, ideally in the property sector as well as accounting experience or qualification. The right candidate will ideally have previous management experience with a proven track record in managing and leading teams to a high level. As the role holder will be responsible for performance management, they must be able to coach and develop staff with continuous feedback as well as manage poor performance effectively.
