Our client, a leading US Investment Bank is looking for a senior Procurement professional to join its Corporate Services and Real Estate team covering the EMEA regional offices. The team partner with departments across the bank in order to foster a competitive and diverse supplier environment which mitigates risk and maximises value. This role will involve working with Technology line managers and the Technology Vendor Engagement Team in London and New York to develop and execute sourcing strategies to support delivery of Technology's requirements. Duties include negotiation of contract terms and conditions and in conjunction with the firm's legal department and line managers, drafting and presenting summary documentation to gain buy-in from senior management to recommended solutions, and developing and/or refining contracts and procurement process and policies to ensure adherence to the firm's business principles and industry best practices. You will require excellent contract and service level drafting skills, experience of successfully negotiating complex global services contracts and managing tendering, and possess a good understanding of TUPE laws and regulations.
