A priority client service professional is required for an eminent international investment bank. The bank clears and settles trades in securities and listed derivatives, manages funds transfers, provides asset servicing for proprietary and client assets, and maintains control over static product and client data.


The London-based priority client transaction services team cover client service and relationship management for our top tier clients on equity and fixed income transactional issues.


As an integral part of this team, your key responsibilities will focus upon value added services for priority clients. You will be working with clients to resolve transactional issues and acting as a conduit between assigned clients and processing groups to meet clients' needs, expectations and service level agreements.


We seek candidates with enthusiasm and self-motivation. The position requires strong working relationships with both clients and other internal departments to achieve results. Relevant experience of working in a similar environment, or in prime broker or client services, is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen awareness of market and/or settlement risk to aid clients.
